Section 3
Verification Procedure of the Act

(1) After the Bill is passed by the Federal-Parliament, the Federal-Parliament Secretariat shall prepare four copies of such Bill on Nepali paper and submit it to the President for verification.

(2) Subsection ( 1) The copies of the bills submitted according to subsection (1) must be signed by the speaker or the chairman of the house where the bill originates, stating the date of the passage of the bill by the federal parliament. After signing, such bill will be certified and will become law.
(4) One copy of the authentic copies as per sub-section (3) shall be kept in the Office of the President and one/one copy shall be sent to the Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs and the Federal-Parliament Secretariat and each such office shall keep the authentic copy so received safely. .
(5) Based on the authentic copy received as per sub-section (4), the Secretary of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Constituent Assembly shall publish the said Act in the Nepal Gazette keeping the date of verification of the Act.
